SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Estimated delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected.

International Shipping
At this time, Dolaché primarily ships within India. International orders may be accepted on request; in such cases, the customer will be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges that may apply.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your order on time, we are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, weather, or courier service interruptions.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Returns Eligibility
Due to hygiene and safety standards for personal care products, we **only accept returns if the product is unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as ‘final sale’

Damaged or Wrong Products

Refund Process
