1. How long does delivery take?
Delivery within India usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

2. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we primarily ship within India. For special requests, please email customercare@dolache.com.

3. Can I return an opened product?
No. Due to hygiene reasons, only unopened, unused products in original packaging are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.

4. How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

5. Is my payment information secure?
Yes! We use secure payment gateways and never store full card details.

6. Are Dolaché products tested on animals?
Absolutely not. Our products are cruelty-free.

7. I entered the wrong address. Can I change it?
Please email us at customercare@dolache.com immediately. Once shipped, address changes aren’t possible.
